Charged NMR time

Synopsis

A limited amount of time on NYSBC NMR resources is available for purchased use. You need to be registered in the NYSBC Intranet to access some of the links here. This is available to both associates of the NYSBC Member Institutions and those outside them. Available resources are listed.

Setting up a charge account for NMR time.

There are several alternatives

1. Commercial account. NYSBC's Administration will provide a model agreement for your entity's review. The model will include the charge rates.
2. Federal grant subcontract. NYSBC's Administration will arrange a standard consortium/subcontract arrangement with your home institution for a specific Federal grant. The arrangement setup will include a charge rate for the current calendar year.
3. Academic Use. Your home academic/non-profit/501(c)3 institution can set up an account with NYSBC's Administration. The account setup will include charge rates for the current calendar year.

NYSBC requires payment in advance, and will provide details of account debits as they accrue. Accounts can be closed with return of un-obligated prepayments at any time.

• There may be liability for State Sales tax for New York users who are not in sales tax exempt institutions.
